MY STORY

If you start every morning with a magical cup of coffee, you are a fortunate person.
Afterwards or during the drink, some music up to the workplace prepares you for the biggest challenges of your life.
My normal day starts like this and ends with sports, books, movies or visiting a friend.
I'm a media computer scientist, and the combination of media and computers has allowed me to combine the digital world and art.
Continuing this interest in art and culture, I teach my native language Persian and prepare and broadcast a radio program about Iran's history, culture, and art on Radio Freefm.

I graduated from the University of Ulm with a Master's degree in Media Informatics, and I am currently working on the Do-Care project at the Hochschule Neu Ulm (HNU). I work on the user interface (UI) and related mockups considering material design aspects to achieve a good user experience by performing small internal tests on the one hand and designing and programming websites as prototypes for the team for internal testing based on the results on the other hand.

From November 2018 to February 2021, I worked as an intern and working student as augmented reality (AR) developer at Mercedes-Benz AG in the Virtual Reality Center (VRC) department. There I wrote my final thesis on the topic of AR indoor navigation considering different Human-Computer Interaction guidelines and UI design. Based on several prototypes and qualitative user studies I developed an app for indoor navigation in the Arena2036 with AR elements. I got to know the game engine Unity3D through various university projects. Likewise, I am familiar with Scrum as a process model through my university and Mercedes-Benz assignments.

Here I got to know the game engine Unity3D through various university projects. First about the project Serious Games, that one understands by it computer-based serious games, which contain the playful contact with the information or training subject. In April 2017, I got a student job at the University Hospital in the field of virtual reality. I found these new technologies very interesting and subsequently created a VR game for Google Cardboard. I finished the project within eight weeks and improved my ability to work under time pressure.
Hobbies
Anahid is an embodiment of the ancient Persian word Anahita, an Avestic name of a Zoroastrian Iranian goddess of water and the source of life. And this was an important symbol in Persia, and many temples were built in ancient Persia under the name of Anahita. As the symbol also describes/shows itself, the theme of this program in general also encounters Persia and relevant topics such as history, culture, art, lifestyle and music in ancient and modern times of Iran.
